Sadly Forrest is now Dead – RIP Forrest
Forrest will be donating all his key motorhome components to new van conversion.
Forrest is an Eriba-Jet “A” Class van. This means that the whole bodywork is made by converter (Eriba in this case). This particular model is based on a Renault Trafic chassis.
Here is layout plan.
At night the Eriba-Jet will accommodate five adults. At the front end of the ‘van, there is the usual ‘A’ Class pull-down double. The bed swings down bringing its own curtains with it.
Below the drop-down bed is a single which is quickly made up from the two inward facing seats that make up the front dinette.
The rear table can be lowered and the rear dinette cushions fall into place to make the second and larger double.
The original two burner hob and sink have been replaced with a Dometic combination three burner hob and sink.
Under the hob there is an Electrolux three way (gas, 12V, 240V) fridge.
Finally there is a ‘wet room’ style shower/toilet with a Thetford cassette toilet and fold down hand wash basin
